Account deletion

Open the Sunrise Online app, go to Settings → Delete account and confirm. Deletion is available for guest accounts too.

If a User deletes their account themselves (Settings → Delete account), access ends immediately and the account, characters and related data cannot be restored in any way, including on a support request.

Characters and lobby snapshots; friends; chat (sent and received messages); groups; nickname history; push tokens, devices and guest-sign-in links; bonuses for linked accounts; play time, levels and registration data; referral records; Telegram sign-in requests and e-mail confirmations. Crash reports are anonymised.

The profile is anonymised immediately: the name is replaced with deleted plus a number, and the e-mail, password, VK, OK, Yandex, Google and Telegram links, device identifier and avatar are cleared. Only the account number, dates and the list of servers with characters remain in the archive.

After you confirm, sign-in is closed at once, the account is archived and your personal data is anonymised immediately. 180 days after deletion, characters, property, phone, deposits and listings are erased from the game servers. In-game currency is forfeited. Game event logs remain without a name (anonymised). Bans are kept. If the account is under a legal hold, nothing is erased.

Where the law or a request of an authorised body requires data to be kept, an authorised Operator employee may place the account under a legal hold; while it is in force, no erasure takes place. A hold is never applied automatically. Payment records and receipts are kept as required by Russian Federal Law No. 54-FZ. Complaints and support requests, records of consents given and bans are also kept (so that deletion cannot be used to evade a ban).

Write to the support address on the Contacts page (support@sunrise-online.com) and give your in-game nickname. We may ask you to confirm that the account is yours.
