Consent to personal data processing — analytics cookies

I, a visitor to the website sunrise-online.com, by pressing the “Accept” button or by turning on the “Analytics cookies” switch in the “Customise” section, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data”, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below. Consent is not a condition of access to the website: without it the website works in full.

Recording of visitor actions (Webvisor) is not used. Data entered into forms is not collected.

Yandex LLC (the Yandex.Metrica service), Russian Federation, under the user agreement of the service. No cross-border transfer takes place.
Consent is given to processing by automated means, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use, transfer (provision) to Yandex LLC, blocking, deletion and destruction.
Until consent is withdrawn, but for no more than 12 (twelve) months from the moment it is given. After withdrawal the data is destroyed within 30 (thirty) days in accordance with part 5 of Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
Consent may be withdrawn at any time: through the “Cookie settings” section at the foot of the website (by turning off analytics cookies) or by an application to the email address given in clause 2. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it and does not restrict access to the website.
Consent is valid until it is withdrawn or the period given in clause 7 expires.
