Consent to receive advertising and informational messages
Legal documents are published in Russian and English only. The Russian version is the legally binding one.
I, a user of the game Sunrise Online, by pressing the “Allow” button or by turning on the notifications switch in the game settings, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and Article 18 of Federal Law No. 38-FZ of 13 March 2006 “On Advertising”, freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to receive advertising and informational messages and to the processing of my personal data in order to send them. Consent is not a condition of using the game or purchasing in-game currency.

Push notifications to the device and messages to the email address given in the account, if one is given.
– a push-notification token and a device identifier;
– in-game nickname;
– email address (if given in the account).
Informing about game updates, promotions, discounts, promo codes and events, and sending personal offers.
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating, use, transfer to the push-notification delivery service (the operator of the device platform) to the extent necessary for delivery, blocking, deletion and destruction, by automated means.
Until consent is withdrawn or the account is deleted. After withdrawal the data used for mailings is destroyed within 30 (thirty) days in accordance with part 5 of Article 21 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ.
At any time: by turning off notifications in the game settings, through the “Unsubscribe” link in an email, or by an application to the email address given in clause 2. Withdrawal does not affect receipt of service messages (payment confirmation, account security) that are not advertising, nor the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.
Until consent is withdrawn.
