Consent to the processing of personal data — Registration

1. Subject of the consent

I, the data subject, by pressing the “Sign up” button and in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” (the “Law”), freely, of my own will and in my own interest give consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.

2. Operator

Consent is given to the Administration of the game Sunrise Online. The operator's name, registration details and address are set out in this clause and in the “Contacts” section of the Privacy Policy.

3. Personal data processed

The following personal data is processed:

– email address;

– in-game nickname;

– IP address and the identifier of the device used to register.

4. Purpose of processing

Registration of an account and provision of access to the game Sunrise Online.

5. Actions performed on personal data

Consent is given to processing both by automated means and without them, including the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (renewal, modification), retrieval, use, provision, access, blocking, deletion, destruction.

6. Processing period

Personal data is processed until the account is deleted or this consent is withdrawn, and is destroyed within 30 (thirty) days of either of those events, in accordance with part 5 of Article 21 of the Law.

7. Withdrawal of consent

Consent may be withdrawn at any time by sending an application to invest@sunrise-online.com or to the operator's address given in clause 2.

On withdrawal of consent, the operator may continue to process the personal data without the subject's consent where the grounds set out in clauses 2–11 of part 1 of Article 6, part 2 of Article 10 and part 2 of Article 11 of the Law apply.

Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

8. Term of the consent

This consent remains in force until the processing of personal data ceases in the manner established by clauses 6 and 7 above.
